EPIPHANY

✨EPIPHANY✨

Life is a karma,

A fragile one

That a single deed could change everything that we took for granted.

From tantrum to silence

A brief journey to prove an individual.

Our actions define us.

Our actions withhold us in history

As an everlasting memory!

Cheers to the ones who are with us.

Toast to the ones whom we lost on our way and

Always Hail high to the marvellous you.

Life is too good to be true on what we choose to remember.

Be the moon and inspire people even when you are far from full.

So, live your life and leave with no regrets

If

All goes wrong,

Just hold ondarling.

As the sun goes down,

It has to come back up.

At the end of the day,

What matters is

That you gave up or kept going?

I hear the ocean far away

Through rocky terrains and gloomy woods

Across my dreams

Which I’m yet to cross.

A new hope,

A new life,

An epiphany!

Happy New year – 2021

A Nomad In The Drabbles Of Love

Lingering here and there, lost in the deep, bittersweet woods of past,

Once an idyllic garden, adorned with bright orange and violet blossoms,

With each of its petal, reminiscing our treasured memories,

The balmy, breeze whispering your name in my ears,

The skies radiated a crimson and turquoise hue ,

Embellished with strips of gold ,

Embraced and wrapped me firmly,

Reflecting your ways,

The puffy, white clouds embossed your image in her,

As each raindrop kissed my skin, my heart frantically searched for you,

The spillways babbled our tales of love.

Slowly the moisture seeped into, trying to find the missing part of you in me,

Gradually I regained my consciousness,

Hard hit by the reality,

All of a sudden, everything eluded,

Our picturesque landscape,

Transformed now into a dreadful abyss,

A scent of nostalgia surrounded me,

Gust of winds howled our old talks, as it rattled along the labyrinths of our love,

The black-tinted, ragged clouds waiting to pour down a millions of WHY,

Acid drops charred my skin with scalds of HOW,

Ugly scabs and scars became my bling,

Red-violet blisters scorched my wounded flesh,

Deep from my veins, pangs of lonliness devoured me,

Into a deafening silence,

My subconscious voiced out for help,

Streaks of lightning flashed your face,

Thunder strode along furiously,

Shattering my soul into chunks,

Inflicting the slightest hopes,

As the sun slowly bid adieu, my spirits raged in search of light,

Drenched in emotional turbulence,

Yearning for you to rescue me.

Nothing but your magical touch could alleviate my aching soul,

Your cheeky voice can cure the numbness prevailing in me,

My love! Come back to me,

Even if we're gone astray for a millennium,

My love for you would still reign the horizons,

My dear! Break the barriers,

You and me are are meant to be one,

Beyond every collapse and creation and ruin and rebirth,

We stay knitted like the twines of quilt.

Wake up from hesitation and contemplation of the future,

Here I am, just where you left me,

Longing for you to revive me,

From these narrow chasms of seclusion,

Together, let us,

Bring back the lost serenity and tranquility to this preoccupied air,

Give back the gnarled trunks and autumn leaves her spring,

Revamp the rugged terrains,

Paint the skies red,

Restore the old US,

Savour the endearments,

Evaporate into the thin air of fondness,

And elope to distant grounds,

Where our heart only throbs echoes of you and I.

THE RHYTHM OF SOUL

  THE RHYTHM OF SOUL

MUSIC IS THE LOVE OF EACH AND  EVERY SOUL.
THOUGH ITS OLD,
IT NEVER FAILS TO STEAL EVERY SOUL.
IT MENDS EVERY FOREBODING HEART BOLD.
IT IS AN AMAZING APPETITING  ARTWORK,
CURRENTLY THAT MY HANDS ARE AT WORK.

MUSIC IS THE OCEAN,

THAT PULLS ME TO THE SHORE.
IT IS THE RHYTHM OF EVERY SOUL,

WHICH MOVED ME TO THE CORE.
IT IS A FREE THERAPY,
WITHOUT ANYTHING CREEPY.
IT SINGS BACK MY SOUL TOGETHER,
AT ALL MY GLOOMY TIMES, WHICH I CAN'T COUNT FOREVER.
AND WEAVES MY SHREDDED HEART IN VAIN,
WITHOUT ANY GRUNT OR PAIN.

MUSIC IS INEVITABLE IN ONE'S JOURNEY OF LIFE,
FROM TANTRUM TO SILENCE.
IT IS THE STRONGEST MEDIUM OF EMOTIONS
AND IS INTENSE ,WHICH VARIES FROM TIME TO TIME ACROSS THE WORLD.

WHERE THOUGH ,THIS ECSTATIC ART DEVELOP?
WHEN CURIOUS MINDS ARE AT WORK,
MY SOUL REPLIED "WHEN YOU LISTEN AND FEEL ITS PRESENCE"
WHEN THOU THIS ART GONE,
ONE'S LOVE AND PEACE WILL SOB ON!

LIFE IS LIKE NOTES OF MUSIC!

SO TURN UP YOUR FULL BASS AND

MARCH THROUGH YOUR UPS AND DOWNS.

AS YOU BEAT THE DRUM,

SING ALONG YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS ,

DANCE AND BREAK THE GROUND OF IMPOSSIBILITIES.

MUSIC IGNITES MY BONES;
CHERISHES MY SOUL,
AND SOOTHES MY MIND.
THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE WHEN THERE IS A PINCH OF MUSIC IN OUR WORK.
THUS NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF MUSIC!

The Light Of Education

When the darkness swallowed our nation

There appeared the light called education

The brightness of education is leading us in true way

So we are being educated every day

The light of education will change your soul

It will make you perfect to reach your goal

Education will make you greater

It will change your life brighter

Trapped in a deception

What happens when a bird is trapped?
What happens when its wings are cut?
I ponder trapped in a cage of my own
I can feel its ambient light.
But, is it truly my home?
Even if I can stare at the sky
Will I ever fly?
Plunged into the darkness of existence
My heart trembles as I search for a grasp.
Beaten by this world and its rules,
I finally realised the truth.
The only person who can change me is me.
Now I know the reason to be strong.
But can I break my cage?
As I'm trapped in a deception called life.

ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE : POSSIBLE?

ZOMBIE  APOCALYPSE : POSSIBLE?

I always wondered if that is possible, and I came up with very less theories that it is possible. That was exactly four years ago, now, the teen me wanted to do a small research on it and guess what- the stuff I found out is shocking enough for a person to have a heart attack.

Zombies are undead, walking dead or Reanimated corpses to be scientific.

Whatever you choose to call them, these corpses that rise from the grave to walk the world and terrify — and sometimes infect — its inhabitants are one of the top monsters in popular culture.

The word zombie comes from Haitian and New Orleans voodoo origins. Although its meaning has changed slightly over the years, it refers to a human corpse mysteriously reanimated to serve the undead. Ancient voodoo and folk-lore traditions, show the Walking Dead were born.

Nowadays, people use the word “zombie” a lot more loosely — often metaphorically — to refer to anyone or anything that presents as apathetic, moves slowly, and demonstrates little awareness of their surroundings.

But how can a human turn into a zombie?

Viruses, toxins and parasites.

I know that we are currently facing a virus pandemic and it is not a good time to bring about another virus, but I am too excited to suffocate myself from sharing the facts.

We all know Lyssavirus or Rabies to be simple. Rabies is usually transmitted to humans when an infected animal bites them. It is a viral disease that affects the central nervous system which can drive people to become violently mad.

Unlike movie zombies, which become reanimated almost immediately after infection, the first signs a human as in rabies—such as anxiety, confusion, hallucinations, and paralysis—don't typically appear for ten days to a year, as the virus incubates inside the body.

Then rabies sets in, though it's fatal within a week if left untreated.

Humans typically catch rabies after being bitten by an infected animal, usually a dog—and the infection usually stops there.

But don’t worry our brilliant genius scientists has come up with a vaccine for Rabies due to which deaths have been reduced. Also, Rabies can’t spread fast and is not an airborne virus.

But if we are at a bio war we can expect a Zombie apocalypse. With little modification to the Rabies genes, we will be enough to start an apocalypse. Flu and Rabies hybrid can bring a Zombie apocalypse, but if it isn’t a bio war then we can expect it from many other sources.

A giant zombie virus has unfrozen, zombie ants created by ophiocordyceys (a toxin mushroom), an unknown species of Zatypota wasp can manipulate spiders into a zombie,Phtoplasma(bacteria)can turn plants into zombies and a parasite namedToxoplasmosa needs a little evolution to damage human brains.

So, if it isn’t us humans then it’s mother nature who will take a toll on us. But are we ready to face the apocalypse? Not to mention a zombie apocalypse and do you think it’s possible? I will leave it upto you readers.

The Wanderer’s lost dream

In the world where lies and realities coexists

I wander alone dismissed.

The character you see is the mask

I used to hide myself.

The true character you seek

Is a record that no one can read.

I just want to experience wonder

But in the end my dreams are plundered.

A pitiful goodbye to my dreams

For I lost my paths and wander.

Every night I make the same wish

Will I ever find my paths again?

Righteous dreams & Regretful voices,

Wings of freedom & Sorrowless smiles

will I have these all Again?

THE UNSOLVED RIDLE

THE UNSOLVED RIDDLE

What indeed is a poem?

Why does one write it?

What does it exactly convey?

And why does everyone ardour it?

Well, to me,

Poem is an unsolved puzzle

Which is left up to the reader to jiggle

And decipher the hidden code, then giggle.

I write for love,

I write for me,

I write like the birds set free.

Writing poems lightens our heart

Which is an extraordinary art.

It is abstract as it gets better,

It is a cure therapy without anything better.

Listen to the words from your soul,

And glisten as you sketch it in whole.

Each word specifically chosen

Would have a million distinct conflicting synonyms to explore.

Every reader will have

A question like -

Does this word fit in to a

Larger or better hidden metaphor?

This chaos makes each and every phrase ecstatic…..

Mask.

Mask

I met her few years ago.

She welcomed me with a smile

which was as sweet as honey.

She was nice to everyone.

Too nice to be fooled.

Her eyes showed a spark of innocence.

Her smile glistened with kindness.

“Wow! Such a nice girl.“

But boy, I was wrong.

Time went on, her mask fell.

It was a face that could betray without a thought.

It was a character that everyone would hate.

I was spooked, shocked and disgusted.

But then I realized, it wasn’t her fault.

She did what she had to survive.

JOURNEY FROM RAMESHWARAM TO RASHTRAPATHY

 JOURNEY FROM RAMESHWARAM TO RASHTRAPATHY

(The life of a scientist – An extract)

It is really a difficult journey from a small island Rameshwaram in Tamil Nadu to the Rashtrapathy Bhavan in New Delhi. Especially, it is very difficult for a son whose father is just a boatman. Unlike other great scientists, he was neither educated abroad nor in any leading institution.

His family was economically backward and his family situations made him do odd jobs like hawking newspapers. At the initial stage, he was educated in Schwartz high school in Ramanathapuram. Later he did his B.Sc. degree in St. Joseph’s college, Trichy. He was more interested in engineering and followed it up with an engineering course in Chennai, in the year 1954. By that time, he wanted to become a pilot.

After that, he joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) as a trainee in the year 1958. In the following year, he had the opportunity of applying for both the Indian Air Force (IAF) and Directorate of Technical Development and Production (DTD&P) interviews which were at Dehra Dun and Delhi, respectively. But he was unlucky at that time and was rejected for the IAF.

Then he met an important man in his life, Swami Sivananda, who resembled the looks of Buddha. He was an important person in his life because the Swami told him about the changing faces of life and about destiny, which is unpredictable. He also instructed, “Look ahead and don’t look back, past is past, design your future.”

Life just moved like this for him, but he did not forget what Swami Sivananda had said to him. In 1962, he joined the Indian Committee for Space Research (INCOSPAR), a fledgling Indian space institute, which was reformed as Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). He was soon posted at newly formed Thumba Equatorial Earth Launching Station (TERLS) near Thiruvananthapuram.

Then he was appointed as project director and rocket specialist for the project of making SLV 3. On July 18, 1980, India`s first Satellite Launch Vehicle, SLV-3 (23-metre, 17 ton, 4-stage), lifted off from SHAR successfully. After that, he was appointed as director of DRDO, and handled 5 projects, which were to be completed within 10 years. He was highly successful in all  of these.

In 1997, he received the Bharat Ratna award for the service he rendered for our country’s defence. He was nominated as Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India with the rank of a Union Cabinet Minister in November 1999, a position he held until November 2001. Then, he taught at Anna University.

In the year 2002, he became the eleventh president of our country. Yes, the scientist, about whom you have been reading is none but our APJ ABDUL KALAM. He said that India’s future is in the hands of youngsters. Indeed, youngsters are the greatest treasure of our country. This journey of Kalam sir became possible only because of his self-confidence and hard work. His dream was to make India a well-developed country. Though he is no more now, we still have many Kalams in our country. Let’s bring them all out and fulfill the wishes of our Kalam.

A LETTER FROM 2030

A LETTER FROM 2030

JUNE 5, 2030.

TO:

THE LITTLE ME,

IN 2020.

DEAR Nikitha,

Hey Niki! How are you? Or should I ask how am I? You’re awaiting until oceans dry to see that the fluttering future is optimistic. Well, I remember myself being all hunky-dory and bored of boredom at my vacation or maybe I must call that spine-chilling quarantine. Yeah, I also do remember the pandemic of the spooky Corona virus, which hit this furor world in 2020. This led many good souls to turn towards caring for nature. Well, you may be thinking why I’m posting this to you from 2030. But you must know how the future is, so that you (I mean, I myself) may make up my mind to face the freaking future.

Well, after 10 years this day, I’m a leading research scientist in the medical field. I know you must be glad, enthusiastic and having a feeling of a glass brimming with pride of achievement of our dream. I’m part of the Oxford research unit. I know that you will be at edge of your seat while reading this and that you will be thinking of time travel. Fine, let me jump into the real reason for me to write you this.

The world in 2030 is the upside down of what you have imagined. Don’t freak out, it is not a literal upside down. I know I’m provoking and persuading you to read more. You would have probably imagined millions of people carrying O2 and H2O cans on their backs and running with this fast and furious congested world.

I still live in India and it is one of the most developed countries in the world. Do you know there are electric mini car planes trundling their way past the roads? I know you would probably be thinking that I have gone crazy, but it’s true. All lifeless multi-storey buildings are standing in solitude as tall as the Burj Khalifa. There are no schools or universities. Wait, don’t think you can just bunk schooling. There are mandatory E-schools for all. It is all e-books. Also robots become essential for day to day life. Shelter, food, air, water, Robots and a stronger Wi-Fi are the future essential needs for a man to survive.

The roads are deserted and mostly all transportation happens through air. Yeah, in the future we have time travel postal service available, which enabled me to send this from 2030 to myself in 2020.

It’s green, green and green as far the eye could see. Our world is completely free of deterioration. We have also achieved high technological development in the astronomical world. We also found a way for the astronauts to survive in a vacuum in space for years. Hey, hang on Nikitha don’t change your ambition and your former interest of being an astronaut.

But do you know what the tragedy is? The world’s population is one third of what it was before. The tiny death triggering virus has wiped off half of the world’s population like you say how Thanos did in the Marvel movies. The spooky tiny virus took his place and we researchers quarrelled with it like the Avengers. We finally found a cure in 2022. Many lost their loved ones due to carelessness. We all felt our lives fading in. We felt desperate, hoping for a helping hand. And most cruelly, there wasn’t enough crust to bury the ripped ones.

I remember those days when, though there was a much healthier environment to breathe in, we all still had our masks on! I remember my agitation of spending my whole life with a semi-covered face. I felt like a perpetrator. As the days and years moved on, I left my fears to God. As an irony in human efforts, there was better administration which gradually led to a healthy environment in all aspects.

At last I would say, the future is still glittering with all forms of lives. Though I post you from the future, it doesn’t mean that the future can’t be altered. Yes, the future is in your generation’s hands. We the future guys are ready to secure and follow what you do to this world. Every human must become responsible, making mankind the best creation on the crust.

Thank you.

Yours love,

Nikitha.

A Truly bizarre world

  Tell me, please tell me,

  How does this world work?

Oh, pretty bird, who flies so far,

  Is this world truly bizarre?

I’m breaking down and shaking around

  In this world so helplessly.

  But your kindness just grins

  Completely blind within.

I’m standing alone in this world

  That keeps on changing,

And my true self is fading.

Shocked by how I am changed and remain paralyzed,

Until I have the chance to find my own paradise.

  So, please remember me,

Oh, pretty bird, and please tell me

If the bizarre world is part of me?

EVIL ME!

EVIL ME!

I NEVER WANTED AN ENEMY,

BUT SHE ALWAYS MAKES ME STEADY.

I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE CIVIL,

BUT SHE MADE ME THE DEVIL.

HER LITTLE LIES WERE MALICIOUS,

THAT MADE ME FEROCIOUS AND VICIOUS.

HER FAKE AND HOAX VIRTUOUS,

 MADE ME NEFARIOUS AND VILLAINOUS.

ALL THOSE ADVERSED RUMOURS ON ME

MADE ME STIR MY OWN SCHEME.

I HAVE GOT MY EVIL WINGS,

AND NOW YOU’LL SEE WHAT IT BRINGS.

I HAVE BECOME JUST HOW SHE DESCRIBED

I AM WICKED.

I AM SORRY,BUT THE OLD ME

IS DEAD, THIS IS EVIL ME,HONEY.

THIS TIME I AM THE QUEEN

AND I WILL BE MEAN.

A Living Deity

What is it to have a life without mother?
Ever thought of?

At 1 when you act like crying, no one to care about
At 2 when you stumble to take a step, no one to hold your hand
At 3 when you make indistinct noises and screams, no one to decode it

At 7 when you fall down, no one to lift you
At 10 when you have a fight with your bestfriend, no one to convince you
At 13 when you start hiding your feelings, no one to mindread you

At 15 when you undergo emotional distress, no one to worry for you
At 18 when you have mood swings, no one to tolerate about it
At 21 when you are inebriated with toxic people, no one to rehabilitate you

At all incidents of your mistakes, no one to correct you
At all instances when you are torn up by mental strife, no one to guide you
At  all hours of hunger and thirst, no one to feed you

At all times of unrest and sorrow, no one to ponder you
At all moments of agony and disdain, no one to cheer you
At all circumstances of regret, no one to revive you and show you the reason of your life

At all despair, fragility and misery, no one to motivate you
At all quarks of happiness, no one to share with
At all situations of plenitude, no one to boast and brag about you

Life without her is simply barren and estranged
Life with her is full of green and peace
So worship this living deity to  reach the acme of excellence
And do not forget to thank her,for all her  prayers for you
For all her blessings, is the reason for you to succeed in life!

Ghost

Ghost

It was a ghost,

From  the  past.

Or that is what I thought.

But no, it wasn’t.

It just came to haunt;

Haunt my sensitive soul.

I did my best

to pass the test.

I wanted to shut the heist.

Alas, I lost.

And it did have a cost,

which was from the past.

It brought me ,

the real me.

The one that was free.
