ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE : POSSIBLE?

ZOMBIE  APOCALYPSE : POSSIBLE?

I always wondered if that is possible, and I came up with very less theories that it is possible. That was exactly four years ago, now, the teen me wanted to do a small research on it and guess what- the stuff I found out is shocking enough for a person to have a heart attack.

Zombies are undead, walking dead or Reanimated corpses to be scientific.

Whatever you choose to call them, these corpses that rise from the grave to walk the world and terrify — and sometimes infect — its inhabitants are one of the top monsters in popular culture.

The word zombie comes from Haitian and New Orleans voodoo origins. Although its meaning has changed slightly over the years, it refers to a human corpse mysteriously reanimated to serve the undead. Ancient voodoo and folk-lore traditions, show the Walking Dead were born.

Nowadays, people use the word “zombie” a lot more loosely — often metaphorically — to refer to anyone or anything that presents as apathetic, moves slowly, and demonstrates little awareness of their surroundings.

But how can a human turn into a zombie?

Viruses, toxins and parasites.

I know that we are currently facing a virus pandemic and it is not a good time to bring about another virus, but I am too excited to suffocate myself from sharing the facts.

We all know Lyssavirus or Rabies to be simple. Rabies is usually transmitted to humans when an infected animal bites them. It is a viral disease that affects the central nervous system which can drive people to become violently mad.

Unlike movie zombies, which become reanimated almost immediately after infection, the first signs a human as in rabies—such as anxiety, confusion, hallucinations, and paralysis—don't typically appear for ten days to a year, as the virus incubates inside the body.

Then rabies sets in, though it's fatal within a week if left untreated.

Humans typically catch rabies after being bitten by an infected animal, usually a dog—and the infection usually stops there.

But don’t worry our brilliant genius scientists has come up with a vaccine for Rabies due to which deaths have been reduced. Also, Rabies can’t spread fast and is not an airborne virus.

But if we are at a bio war we can expect a Zombie apocalypse. With little modification to the Rabies genes, we will be enough to start an apocalypse. Flu and Rabies hybrid can bring a Zombie apocalypse, but if it isn’t a bio war then we can expect it from many other sources.

A giant zombie virus has unfrozen, zombie ants created by ophiocordyceys (a toxin mushroom), an unknown species of Zatypota wasp can manipulate spiders into a zombie,Phtoplasma(bacteria)can turn plants into zombies and a parasite namedToxoplasmosa needs a little evolution to damage human brains.

So, if it isn’t us humans then it’s mother nature who will take a toll on us. But are we ready to face the apocalypse? Not to mention a zombie apocalypse and do you think it’s possible? I will leave it upto you readers.

The Wanderer’s lost dream

In the world where lies and realities coexists

I wander alone dismissed.

The character you see is the mask

I used to hide myself.

The true character you seek

Is a record that no one can read.

I just want to experience wonder

But in the end my dreams are plundered.

A pitiful goodbye to my dreams

For I lost my paths and wander.

Every night I make the same wish

Will I ever find my paths again?

Righteous dreams & Regretful voices,

Wings of freedom & Sorrowless smiles

will I have these all Again?

THE UNSOLVED RIDLE

THE UNSOLVED RIDDLE

What indeed is a poem?

Why does one write it?

What does it exactly convey?

And why does everyone ardour it?

Well, to me,

Poem is an unsolved puzzle

Which is left up to the reader to jiggle

And decipher the hidden code, then giggle.

I write for love,

I write for me,

I write like the birds set free.

Writing poems lightens our heart

Which is an extraordinary art.

It is abstract as it gets better,

It is a cure therapy without anything better.

Listen to the words from your soul,

And glisten as you sketch it in whole.

Each word specifically chosen

Would have a million distinct conflicting synonyms to explore.

Every reader will have

A question like -

Does this word fit in to a

Larger or better hidden metaphor?

This chaos makes each and every phrase ecstatic…..
